Milectria joins the Hanza AB Group
The leading suppliers of electrical systems, Milectria Oy and Milectria OÜ, have today announced the acquisition made by Hanza AB. Hanza is acquiring Milectria’s contract manufacturing division (covering the defense and industrial segments). This includes operations in Finland, Estonia, and the United Arab Emirates.
The Milectria Power electrical distribution center business in Finland and Estonia is not part of the transaction and will continue operations as usual.
Customer and employment relationships remain unchanged
The top priority for Milectria Oy, Milectria OÜ, and Hanza AB is to ensure a smooth transition and continuity in all customer and employment relationships.
The acquisition does not affect existing customer contracts, the quality of services provided by Milectria Oy and Milectria OÜ, or current employment agreements. All employees will retain their positions and continue under their current terms of employment. Integration with Hanza AB will bring new synergies, improve productivity, and enhance the overall service offering.

The completion of the transaction is subject to necessary regulatory approvals and the fulfillment of certain customary closing conditions.
